Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Orders on GreatStatePet.com may originate anywhere in the world, but may only be shipped to the USA and Canada at this time. Please contact us for shipments outside the Continental US and International destinations. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for damage caused by inclement weather conditions (freezing or melting). If you are concerned about weather conditions you should request appropriate shipping. This will be charged at cost as levied by the carrier.


Please note that FedEx levies a $5.00 address correction adjustment for packages that are not correctly addressed. Please ensure that the address you are shipping to is correct so as not to incur this extra charge. If you have incorrectly addressed your order, and FedEx has charged the extra charges, we will add these charges to your account.

Returns Policy:

Products may be returned for replacement or refund in the following manner. Returns must be made within five (5) days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. The original packing slip must be included. In the case of damage, items will be replaced or credit given. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items as they may be needed for insurance purposes. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the
 My Account  menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
